The following steps are Aulle Media's production process for developing a website, web application, multimedia project, or graphic design project. |

Visit the Services page and select the service you would like us to produce. After selecting, send a Service Request on the Contact Page and an Aulle Representative will contact you. |

After requesing service, click on the icon to the left to download and fill out the Aulle Production Form. This form outlines basic information about the project. After completing this form, email it to our Servicing Team or your designated Aulle Producer. Shortly afterwards, a meeting we be scheduled to begin production! |

In Phase 1, we will work closely with you to draft a layout and strategy for the project and produce project prototypes to your specifications before beginning prime development. |

After Phase 1, the Aulle Servicing Team will send you a proposal and/or invoice outlining the production plan. Verify the document(s) and then submit the payment on either this page, ClientNet or by check via mail. |

You can submit a quick payment for a production package using the dropdown below or submit the payment based on your invoice on ClientNet or by mail.

You will need to submit all content (text, images, etc.) necessary for us to begin the development of your project. All content can be sent to our Content Team or to your designated Aulle Producer. |

In Phase 2, the project is taken "off the drawing board". We will perform the main development to engineer the project. In most cases, you can view the progress of the development at a login assigned by your Aulle Producer. |

In Phase 3 (the Post-Editing & Final Content Plug-Ins Phase), a joint review and final edit of the project is made. This phase can be shortened if we work closely with one another throughout Phases 1 and 2. |

In Phase 4 (the Testing & Analysis Phase), we perform a QA Exam, thoroughly inspecting the project for bugs, typos, compatibility, and other errors to make sure everything is working properly on all desired platforms. |

In Phase 5, we deliver the final project files to you and, thus, the production is complete and ready to be premiered! For most services, we will present you with our notorious Aulle Genuine Production Certificate! |
